Yes, at Jumping Jacks, safety is our top priority. All our bouncy castles and obstacle courses are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they meet the highest safety standards.
Are Jumping Jacks castles clean?
Jumping Jacks castles are wiped clean and disinfected after every use. We strive to provide you with a hygienic and safe experience.
How far in advance should I book a bouncy castle?
We recommend booking your bouncy castle or obstacle course as early as possible to secure your desired date and time. Contact us at 0852758917 to make a booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, Jumping Jacks require a €40 non refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Jumping Jacks require 72hrs notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within this time frame your deposit will be held for 2 years and will be used for future bookings.
Can you bring inflatables through the house?
Unfortunately it is not possible to bring the castles through the house due to the size of the castles and the potential to cause damage to the castles and/or your property. Jumping Jacks require outdoor access to your garden to ensure a safe delivery and set up.
